In a hilly location, the "BianCami" farmhouse offers privacy and immersion in Umbrian nature, located in the suggestive park of Lake Trasimeno, enjoying a magnificent view of the greenery. Partially renovated (the roof is new and so is part of the wooden mezzanine where the sleeping area is foreseen as per the project) it has a very solid structure and is proposed with the re-presented project (for a copy of the project ask the agency). The farmhouse is totally independent and currently offers us a large open space with bathroom, an open kitchen and a warehouse and is heated by a wood-burning fireplace to be covered, furthermore there is LPG and solar panels. At the moment the floor area is 115 m2 but a bedroom on the upper floor and the mezzanine covering the entire part of the living area must be added (the staircase to access it needs to be built and the floor area will be approximately 88 m2). The fixtures are good, but routine maintenance needs to be carried out. Possibility of expansion. The water comes from the well and is equipped with a 3000 liter water collection tank.
